Mariana Surillo, M.P.H., provides research, writing, data visualization, and information design services related to environmental science, emergency response, global environmental health, and occupational health. She supports programs for the Environmental Protection Agency, National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, and Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response. Her passion for journalism and multimedia communications sparked her interest in the power of documentary film and information design to enact social and environmental change. She enjoys traveling, surfing, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
