Stasia Widerynski, M.P.H., specializes in research, strategic planning, science communication, and stakeholder engagement. She provides programmatic and communication support to clients, with a focus on climate change and human health. Prior to joining MDB, Stasia worked at the White House Council on Environmental Quality and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She has written a textbook chapter on global climate change and human health and served as a contributor to a chapter on health for the Fourth National Climate Assessment. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, surfing, and reading. She lives in Santa Monica, California, with her fiancé and their cat Bean.
