Michael Herman specializes in bringing people together to encourage collaboration and productivity around a common goal. For more than 30 years, he has served clients as an organization development specialist, financial analyst, project manager, strategic meetings facilitator, and enterprise agility coach. He designs and manages large strategic summit events of every size and scope, coaches leaders and delivery teams at every level, and has contributed generously to the learning and development of colleagues and communities of practice around the world. He is best known for his experience with Open Space Technology, business agility, and employee engagement. A former Outward Bound student and instructor, Michael enjoys hiking, skiing, paddling, and other outdoor pursuits from his home base in Boise, Idaho.
