Elizabeth Morris, M.P.H., GISP, supports the COVID-19 response program of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Preparedness and Response, part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She specializes in data visualization, cartographic products, data development, and survey design. She enjoys exploring different ways to use geographic information systems and spatial analysis to solve problems related to public health. Her first experience with geospatial data collection involved mapping the locations of lions and leopards on a game reserve in South Africa.
