Rachel Silber, M.P.H., specializes in health program design and implementation, data collection and analysis, and outreach. She supports information management for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Through her work in data and information analysis and dissemination, she maintains a passion for improving the health and well-being of communities. Through MDB and HHS, Rachel has been able to advance COVID-19 and hurricane support missions around the United States. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, running along the Potomac River, and discovering new places, especially restaurants and coffee shops.
