Cassidy Rice, M.S.P.H., provides communications and logistical support for clients at the National Institute for Environmental Health Sciences. She specializes in developing public-facing communications, such as newsletters, reports, and social media posts that reach a variety of audiences, from scientists and federal officials to the general public. She focuses on communicating new scientific findings, events, and updates relevant to the programs she supports. Cassidy is most interested in environmental justice, community engagement, and occupational safety and health, and she appreciates that MDB has provided her with the opportunity to work on projects that combine all these interests. Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving, exploring the Florida Everglades, reading, watching hockey, and solving puzzles.
